Warren Fish

Warren joined Jeff’s staff in 2007 as a Policy Advisor. In addition to helping run the office, he focuses on economic development, energy efficiency, renewable energy, veterans, county human services, and community relations for inner Northeast Portland. Prior to working in local government, Warren sold advertising, managed projects for a local printing company, handled insurance claims, was an Agroforestry volunteer in the Peace Corps in Panama. After graduating from Middlebury College with a B.A. in Environmental Studies, Warren moved to Portland in 1998 and discovered a community he loves. Now living in Southeast Portland with his wife and baby daughter, Warren enjoys outdoor activities, movies, reading, sports, and locally grown food. He is an active volunteer with the Chess for Success program at Faubion School in Northeast Portland, and serves on the Homeless Youth Oversight Committee, Older Adult Advisory Council, and Clean Energy Works Portland Steering Committee.
