Solarize Northeast!
Are you considering solar panels or a solar hot water system for your roof? It is probably more affordable than you think! Maybe you should get involved by attending one of Solarize Northeast's upcoming "The Basics of Going Solar" workshops. A grassroots effot aimed at saving energy and saving neighbors money through bulk purchasing, Solarize Northeast is based on the very successful Solarize Southeast program run last year by Southeast Uplift. The next Solarize Northeast workshop is being held at the Kennedy School (5736 N.E. 33rd Avenue) this Saturday, February 6th, from 10:30 to noon. See the Northeast Coaltion of Neighbors web link Solarize Northeast to learn more about the program and to find other upcoming workshop dates.
